POWERSAT REVISITED AGAIN

Abstract The concept of powersat was published by Mr. Glaser in 1968. This project may be infeasible technically; it is also economically infeasible. Recently, “small and simple test items” have been proposed in LEO, or “lunar placement”: even less workable than the original idea. This note attempts to prove my statements.
