Evaluation of the Environmental Loadability for Dalian City

Regional economical development can have impact on environment. This paper focuses on the analysis of the environmental loadability for Dalian city. Data from 2003 to 2013 are collected,the weight of each index is confirmed by entropy method,and the amount of Dalian municipal environmental loadability is calculated with the state space method. Result shows the environment of Dalian is greatly affected by population pressure,the acceleration of urbanization,resource consumptions,garbage,infrastructure,industrial waste,etc. Proposals are also offered.
