On the Functions of the Intellectual Property in Protecting the Invention-creation and Promoting the Economic Development

Taking some enterprises as the examples, this paper expounds the functions of the intellectual property in the development of the national economy, and points out that the intellectual property can not only protect the invention-creation but also promote the economic development.
