The invention discloses an electrolytic system for a printing plate aluminum plate base. The electrolytic system comprises an electrolytic tank, an electrolyte inlet pipe, a water inlet pipe and an ampere meter; a liquid outlet pipe is arranged on the side wall of the electrolytic tank; a partition plate is arranged on the middle portion of the electrolytic tank; a plurality of overflow holes are formed in the middle segment of the partition plate; a liquid blocking plate right opposite to the middle portion of the partition plate is horizontally arranged on the inner wall of a liquid supplementing cavity; the outlet end of the electrolyte inlet pipe is bent and extends to the bottom of the liquid supplementing cavity; and the outlet end of the water inlet pipe is bent and extends to the portion above the liquid supplementing cavity. New electrolytes and water are injected into the liquid supplementing cavity through the electrolyte inlet pipe and the water inlet pipe; the outlet end of the electrolyte inlet pipe extends to the bottom of the liquid supplementing cavity so that newly-supplemented electrolytes can enter an electrolytic cavity firstly through the overflow holes; and meanwhile, an outside water pump pumps out the portion, with the aluminum ion content fluctuating, in the electrolytic cavity through the liquid outlet pipe on the side wall of the electrolytic tank so that it can be guaranteed that the level of aluminum ions in the electrolytic cavity can be maintained at a relatively stable state.
