Research of Media Product’s Changes and Cultivation of Applied Professional Talents in Broadcasting and Hosting

Compared with traditional talent training mode of broadcasting and hosting, the current talent training mode is significantly influenced by the generation of media products. This paper firstly presents researches on media products, and then explains the current product-oriented talent training mode of broadcasting and hosting. The talent training mode of broadcasting and hosting in colleges and universities is further discussed from the aspects of the cultivation of talent, curriculum and qualified teachers. 1
