INTEGRAÇÃO ENTRE PESQUISA E DESENVOLVIMENTO E PLANEJAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO: UM ESTUDO EM MONTADORAS AUTOMOBILÍSTICAS INTEGRATION BETWEEN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGIC PLANNING: A STUDY IN AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURERS

This study aims at investigating the connection between RD autonomy in decisions of R & D personnel in their fields and calculation of the issues to be discussed and analyzed. Correlations exist between strategic planning and R & D of the manufacturers, based on the relationship of the mission, vision and values with four technology strategies. As a conclusion we have that there is progress in bringing innovation to the managers responsible for the strategic planning process.
