This thesis is titled "Analysis of the Determination of Outside Married Children in Perspective of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and Civil Code (Case Study of the Establishment of the West Jakarta District Court Number: 80 / Pdt.P. / 2018 / PN.Jkt.Brt)." discussed in this thesis are: Judge Considerations Regarding the Determination of Married Children in the Establishment of the West Jakarta District Court Number: 80 / Pdt.P / 2018 / PN.Jkt.Brt and How the Rights of Outdoor Married Children in the Establishment of the West Jakarta District Court Number : 80 / Pdt.P / 2018 / PN.Jkt.Brt. This research method is a normative legal research using library research methods. The legal materials used are primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials which are collected by literature study and various literatures by reviewing the laws and regulations related to the problem. The author concludes that what is the basis for the consideration of West Jakarta District Court Judges in Ratification of Outside Married Children is to use the provisions of Article 272 of the Civil Code and Article 45 paragraph (1) of UURI No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, which states that parents are required to maintain, educate, nurture, and care for their children with the best care of both parents.
