Injection Mould of the Washing Machine Cover

The cover of washing machine was complicated in shape and structure.According to the process analyse of the plastic part,the three-plate injection mould was designed.The structure characteristics and the working principle and its structure design were described.For the cover was very transparent and asking for good appearance,fan gate was adopted;in order to strip the lateral runner,sequence and distance parts were designed.The duplexing lift-out attachment was used to ensure that the injection course was dependable and the stripper was hard to conscious.Four different stripper parts were adopted on different parts of the product.
