Nonvolatile latch circuit and a logic circuit of the semiconductor device and the use thereof

To provide a novel nonvolatile latch circuit and a semiconductor device using the nonvolatile latch circuit. The latch circuit has a cyclic structure, wherein a first output connected to the input member of the second element, and a second output connected to the input member of the first electrical component through the second transistor. Semiconductor material is formed using an oxide semiconductor as a channel region of the transistor used as the switching element, and electrically connected to the transistor provided with a source electrode or a drain electrode of the capacitor, whereby the data latch circuit can be saved, and it is possible to form a non- volatile latch circuit.
