PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve airtightness.SOLUTION: A projection 128 of a U-shaped frame 125 in one case contacts with a projection 148 of a U-shaped frame 145 in another case, and the one case and the other case are connected with a method such as vibration welding. Further, a gasket 160 is arranged at a position of contacting with an end part of the projection 128 and the end part of the projection 148, and disposed so as to surround an inflow port, and is connected to a side surface in the one case and a side surface in the other case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
