Disclosed are a method and system for detecting cerebration.The method is: multi-channel synchronous acquisitions of brain electrical signals and cerebral blood oxygen signals are carried out simultaneously, the synchronicity of the collected signals is ensured among channels, and at the same time, brain electrical signals and cerebral blood oxygen signals of all the locations are collected.The system comprises: a functional near-infrared light source transmitting module (2) which employs the frequency division multiplexing technique, wherein the light source is modulated by carrier waves of different frequencies, the signal is accessed by transmission optical fibers from a multifunctional combined acquisition helmet (1) so as to radiate onto the scalp, and after diffuse reflection and absorption by the brain, the damped light signal is processed by a near-infrared detection module (3); the near-infrared detection module (3) is used for the detection of a scalp weak optical signal; a brain electricity detection module (4) used for the detection of a scalp weak electric signal; and a central control unit (5) used for synchronization and integration of the data flow, sending control commands to each functional module, and uploading data to an upper computer (6).The present method and system can control interference to be at a minimum, and have a good time scale uniformity.
