Analysis of Leaders Role in Improving Madrasah Teacher Performance: (Study at MI Muhammadiyah Madureso, Kuwarasan District Kebumen Regency)

The research aims to analyse (1) The interpersonal role of Madrasah head in enhancing the teacher's performance, (2) The information role the head of Madrasah in improving the teacher's performance,and (3) The decisional role the head of Madrasah in improving the teacher's performance. The research focus was conducted on the MI Muhammadiyah Madureso Kebumen. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection is done by deep interviews with the headmaster, deputy Headmaster and teacher, information obtained later in the analysis through observation and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant role of Madrasah head in enhancing the teacher's performance through  interpersonal  role, informational role and  decisional  role.
