The present invention relates to a method for the quantitative determination of drugs and the honeysuckle formulation three kinds of chlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid. Wherein: first eluted with ordinary isocratic, at a volume ratio of acetonitrile from 15 to 14:6.5 ~ 6:78.5 to 80 - methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid mobile phase at 326 ± 2nm, the simultaneous determination of Flos Lonicerae its preparation of chlorogenic acid and chlorogenic acid content of three kinds of iso-green. The method is simple, fast, easy to spread control; in three different columns, quantitative chromatogram four components, each peak separation is good, stable baseline, peak completed within 20 to 30 minutes. Elution compared to the gradient, the instrument significantly reduce the cost method penetration rate, reducing the measurement time. The present invention provides a method for measuring the reference data for Evaluating the honeysuckle drugs and the quality of the preparation.
