Brain metastasis: Opportunities in basic and translational research

Brain metastasis is a major public health problem. An alarming increase in the incidence of brain metastasis in patients with otherwise well controlled systemic cancer has drawn attention to this important, yet understudied, dimension of the cancer problem. Today's practicing oncologist encounters
