Application of forward -looking nursing management model

Objective To investigate the quality of nursing management and forward - looking nursing management modeL Methods To practice the system-level management, submit non-punltive nursing report, put forward nursing quality, so that nursing management was from the control to prevention, to ensure that pa-tients receive the fight care, and nurses did a good job at the first time. Results The satisfaction degree of nurse, patients' satisfaction and the quality of nursing indicators had increased in 2007 than before.
