Passenger positioning method and system

A passenger positioning method and system. The positioning method comprises the steps of: obtaining a rough position of a user; obtaining possible getting-on positions within a preset range according to the rough position, and obtaining scene images corresponding to the possible getting-on positions; selecting, by the user, a scene image according to a currently seen real scene; and obtaining an optimal getting-on position of the user according to the selected scene image. By means of the method, a driver who is going to pick up a passenger can obtain a more accurate position of the passenger, and thus a detouring problem caused by a positioning error is avoided, and the waiting time of the passenger and the driver is reduced.
