The present invention relates to a lactic acid bacteria with an antibacterial activity of a pathogenic microorganism, and to a fermented feed composition for poultry containing the same as an active ingredient. An effective strain having an antibacterial activity of a pathogenic microorganism is selected; the physiological and biochemical properties of the selected strain is checked; the fermented feed composition containing lactic acid bacteria is manufactured; the fermented feed of the present invention manufactured by checking the optimal decision conditions and the composition ratio of a diluting agent; the fermentation temperature; the fermentation time; the difference between aerobic and anaerobic conditions; the addition of sugar and the decision and the composition ratio of a microorganism has not only an effect of providing a novel lactic acid having an antibacterial activity of a pathogenic microorganism, but also has excellent effect of providing a fermented feed composition for poultry containing the lactic acid as an active component in a nutritional, functional, and quality aspect.
