The invention discloses an automatic moving and swaying device for a geologic drilling drill pipe. The device comprises a mast, a slide platform, a lifting drive mechanism, a rotary mechanism and a drill pipe grasping mechanism, wherein a guide rail located in the axial direction of the mast is disposed on the mast; the slide platform is installed on the guide rail and can be moved along the guide rail; the lifting drive mechanism is connected to the slide platform through driving; and one end of the rotary mechanism is installed on the slide platform, and the drill pipe grasping mechanism is installed on the other end of the rotary mechanism. The device disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that by the slide platform, the lifting drive mechanism, the rotary mechanism and the drill pipe grasping mechanism, the drill pipe can be rotated in all the directions and can be moved vertically along the mast, so that automation of a drill-down process can be implemented, and consumption of human resources is reduced; a full-electric driving mode is applied, so that energy supply problems in field operations can be solved more easily, and the device can be applicable to wicked environments; and the device has a simple structure and can be maintained conveniently.
