Can morphology be determined from polarized light scattering measurements

Fiber optic measurements of tissue phantoms, Monte Carlo simulations, and angular dependent scattering of biological cells are used to support the hypothesis that polarized elastic-scattering spectroscopy can measure scatter size and concentration in vivo.
