Flame-retardant high-fluidity high-temperature nylon and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses flame-retardant high-fluidity high-temperature nylon and a preparation method thereof. The nylon contains the following components in percentage by weight: 35-75% of high-fluidity high-temperature nylon, 10-40% of flame retardant, 10-30% of halogen-free alkali-free fiber and/or halogen-free alkali-free filler, 0.05-3% of plasticizer, 0.05-3% of coupling agent and 0.1-5% of auxiliary. According to the invention, the high-temperature high-fluidity nylon is modified by use of the flame retardant, the obtained modified high-fluidity high-temperature nylon has good fluidity while the mechanical strength is unchanged, the flame retardance is improved and other excellent properties such as high-temperature resistance and wear resistance are kept unchanged; and meanwhile, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and the effect is remarkable.
