A high-speed gas pressure gauge

A gas pressure gauge operating in a range of 10–200 Pa with a 0.2-to 0.5-ms time resolution is described. The gauge is intended for monitoring the dynamic characteristics of an electropulse hydride hydrogen isotope injector.
