Die segmentale Form der Adenomyomatose der Gallenblase im Röntgenbild und Sonogramm

2008
: Case report of a 58-year-old patient, whose sonogram showed a segmental narrowing and thickening of the gallbladder wall. It was possible only by means of an intravenous cholecystography revealing the Rokitansy-Aschoff-sinus, to make the diagnosis of segmental adenomyomatosis. The criteria for the diagnosis of adenomyomatosis by sonogram as compared to x-ray are described.
