The present invention is characterized by that the promotor specifically-expressed by spider's silk gene and cotton fibre cell is recombined and the vector plasmid of spider's silk protein specially-expressed by cotton fibre is constructed, and after said plasmid is introduced into the cotton, the spider's silk protein can be expressed in cotton fibre so as to improve characteristics of cotton fibre.
