La Constitución de 1917

This document examines, in general terms, the formation processes of the 1917 Mexican Constitution using legal and sociological perspectives on revolutionary movements. It analyzes the social movements, actors and legal documents that gave birth to the 1916-1917 Constituent Assembly, and, consequently, the enactment of a new Mexican Constitution.
