2011
Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy and duodenoscopy in treating residual gallbladder disease. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases in our hospital from January 2000 to June 2009 who had undergone the treatment of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy and duodenoscopy were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation in 55 cases were successfully performed by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy and duodenoscopy;in one case open operation was performed because of residual gallbladder carcinoma.Severe complications including intraabdominal infections and intestinal obstruction were observed in none of these cases.Average length of postoperative stay was 5 days(3~16 days). Conclusion The treatment of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy and duodenoscopy is safe and less invasive. It promises a quick recovery to the patients and is of good application value.
