Hair care products

The object of the present invention is a hair care agent on an aqueous or aqueous-alcohol base which does not need to be rinsed out, which contains: (A) 0.5 to 2.5 wt.% of a mixture comprising 87 wt.% of cyclic dimenthyl polysiloxane of formula (I) in which n is an average of 4 to 6, and 13 wt.% of alpha-hydroxy, omega-hydroxypoly[oxy(dimethyl silylene)], (B) 0.25 to 1.25 wt.% of a diquaternary polydimethyl siloxane, (C) 0.10 to 0.50 wt.% of at least one cationic polymer which is not a silicon polymer, (D) 0.05 to 0.50 wt.% of at least one cationic tenside and (E) 0.10 to 5.00 wt.% polyvinyl pyrrolidone and/or polyvinyl pyrrolidone/vinyl acetate copolymer, and contains no anionic tensides.
