The invention discloses an artificial knee joint prosthesis. The artificial knee joint prosthesis comprises a femoral condyle prosthesis body, a tibia spacer and a tibia tray prosthesis body, the tibia spacer is located between the femoral condyle prosthesis body and the tibia tray prosthesis body, and the tibia tray prosthesis body comprises a compact part and a cribrate part, wherein the cribrate part is arranged on the bottom of the compact part. The compact part and the cribrate part are integrated through 3D printing, the bottom of the cribrate part comprises two side posts and one central protrusion, and the compact part extends into the side posts and the central protrusion; the cribrate part is a multi-layer loose face, a plurality of micropore structures are formed in each layer of loose face body, and the porosity of each layer of loose face body is successively increased from inside to outside. According to the artificial knee joint prosthesis, the artificial knee joint is quickly manufactured in a 3D printing mode, the effects of being high in lightness, easy to manufacture, firm to installation, not prone to looseness and the like are achieved, and moreover, the artificial knee joint prosthesis has the effects of being easy to clean, disinfect and maintain.
