Disclosed is an adhesive sheet for a solar cell, which has excellent adhesion performance and can seal a solar cell element stably for a long period. Specifically disclosed is an adhesive sheet (A) for a solar cell, which comprises three or more resin layers (1, 1, 1···) laminated integrally and each comprising an ethylene copolymer and an organic peroxide. The adhesive sheet (A) is characterized in that at least one of resin layers (1a) excluding resin layers (1b) (which are the outermost layers of the adhesive sheet) is formed as a colored layer (1a) that contains 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of a coloring agent relative to 100 parts by weight of the ethylene copolymer, the colored layer (1a) has a whole thickness of 50 to 95% of the whole thickness of the adhesive sheet for a solar cell, and at least one of the resin layers (1b) (which are the outermost layers of the adhesive sheet) contains 0.05 to 2 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent relative to 100 parts by weight of an ethylene-(vinyl acetate) copolymer.
