Optimized Implementation of MPEG-4 Video Encoder Based on DM642 DSP

The optimized implementation of MPEG-4 network real-time encoder based on TMS320 DM642 is introduced, and the diagram of the system implement is provided. Then based on the structure and instruction of DM642 the implementation of network video encoder and the methods of optimization are discussed, and the experimental results are given finally.
