Regional transport strategy for NW England : its development and revision : North West Special Issue

Earlier this year a consultation process for the new statutory Regional Economic Strategy, which involved a broad spread of business interests in the North West of England, revealed that of the five principal issues causing the most concern, three were directed to inadequacies in transport and transportation infrastructure provision.
