PRIMARY AMYLOIDOSIS IN LUNGS AND HEART

2009 
A case of presumably primary amyloidosis, located in lungs and heart in a 70-year-old man, is reported. During the last three years of his life the patient presented symptoms of congestive heart disease. The diagnosis was made at post-mortem microscopic examination. The frequency of primary amyloidosis of lungs and heart is commented on.
