One kind of Cu-rich nanoclusters reinforced ultra-high strength ferritic steel and its manufacturing method, its composition by weight percent as follows: C is 0 ~ 0.2%; Cu is 0.5 ~ 5%; Ni, 0.01 to 4% ; Mn of 0.01 ~ 4%; Al is 0.001 ~ 2%; Cr is 0 ~ 12%; Mo is 0 ~ 3%, W is 0 ~ 3%, Mo + W is not less than 0.05%; V 0 to 0.5 %, Ti is 0 ~ 0.5%, Nb is 0 ~ 0.5%, V + Ti + Nb not less than 0.01%; Si is 0 ~ 1%; B is 0.0005 ~ 0.05%; P not more than 0.04%; S not higher than 0.04%; N not more than 0.04%; O not more than 0.05%; balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, solid solution and aging treatment after the melting, casting and forging rolling, nanoclusters made to strengthen fine grain oriented and binding, the solid solution strengthening, and dislocation of the ferritic steel, to obtain excellent toughness, weldability and corrosion resistance.
