Transfer of Native Language in the English Study Acquisition

With the introduction to the transfer of native language, the present paper analyses the Chinese positive/negative transfer in the English acquisition, and puts forward two sides for attention-the strategies of Chinese transfer on different stages, and focus on the Chinese social and cultural transfer.
