Spinal Cord Diffusion-Tensor Imaging and Motor-evoked Potentials in Multiple Sclerosis Patients: Microstructural and Functional Asymmetry

The statistically significant correlation between asymmetric functional deficits, shown in electrophysiology and asymmetric structural abnormalities by using diffusion tensor imaging, suggests that asymmetry of function and asymmetry of structure are counterparts in multiple sclerosis.
