경제성 평가모델 적용을 통한 ECM 및 경제성 DB 검증

In Korea, integrated support system is being developed in order to support decision making in the design stage of new buildings and remodeling of existing buildings. Among the services of the system under development, 'Support for energy efficiency of buildings' is to diagnose the energy performance of the target buildings and select the energy conservation measures or suggest optimal alternatives by reflecting the requirements of users. In addition, the result of economic evaluation was provided. For this, the alternative of passive, active, and renewable Energy Conservation Measure(ECM)s and economic evaluation DB were established. The purpose of this study is to verify the utility of ECM and economic evaluation DB by using it to improve lighting energy performance of building. For this, the economic evaluation model and a lighting ECM was applied, and the optimum ECM of the target building is derived from it.
