硼-铝-镁复合磷酸盐粘结剂的试验研究

The superior formula of B-Al-Mg compound phosphate foundry binder has been studied by applying orthogonal experiment. The target of orthogonal experiment is to get high room temperature compressive strength of core or sand mold. Considering another performance, the anti-moisture absorption, the final formula was obtained by improving the superior formula. Tests show that the no-bake sand bonded by this kind of compound phosphate binder has high room temperature compressive strength and good anti-moisture absorption.
