Semi Flexible coupling mechanism for semiconductor cooling applications

Connection system comprising: a. an integrated circuit mounted on a circuit board, b. a heat exchanger coupled to the integrated circuit, and c. a gimbal which includes a gimbal and a plurality of spring means, said universal joint couples the gimbal plate with the heat exchanger and the plurality of spring elements, the gimbal plate coupled to the circuit board, whereby the heat exchanger with the integrated circuit is coupled.
