Misplaced Macroplastique injection presenting as a vaginal nodule and a bladder mass

Summary We describe a very unusual presentation of misplaced Macroplastique injection. This incidentally showed up as bladder lesion and vaginal nodule during a tension-free vaginal tape surgery.
