Fiili Hizmet Süresi Zammı Uygulamasının Türk Sosyal Güvenlik Sistemine Etkisi

After the Social Security Reform which was entered into force in 2008, actual service term increment was rearranged in Turkey. Invalidity, old-age and survivors’ insurances premium rate of the insurance holders under the sub-paragraph (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of the 4th article in Law No. 5510 who are subject to actual service term increment was differentiated by this reform. In this article, the effects of this difference between the insurance holders who are subject to actual service term increment were examined and some proposals were suggested to overcome this difference. Furthermore, to create an actuarial balance between the long-term social security payments and insurance premiums, it is estimated that 77 million TL additional revenues will be collected to the social security system
