The analysis of design strategies on building energy conservation in Taiwan

Abstract The paper highlights the research projects on building energy conservation studies conducted by the author recently. These projects were all sponsored by the Energy Commission of Taiwan in an effort to promote research activities on building energy conservation and to obtain a database specifically for Taiwan, so that appropiate energy-related policies can be made on a sound base. The ongoing projects and perspectives are also discussed in this paper.
