Исследования буддизма в России в конце XIX - первой половине XX вв. В контексте развития философской компаративистики

Russian comparative philosophy is argued to be closely connected with the oriental studies in our country. Within comparative approach in Russian Buddhology definite types of philosophizing and their similarities and differences in the history of eastern and western philosophy are analyzed. Overcoming Europe-centrism was one of the purposes of Buddhology.
