DOCÊNCIA UNIVERSITÁRIA: ENTRE A VOCAÇÃO E A TITULARIZAÇÃO

RESUMO: O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o perfil dos ex-alunos do curso de Docencia Universitaria, pela UEG, UnU/Inhumas bem como descobrir se os alunos atuais irao continuar com a carreira docente ou se eles estao fazendo o curso somente pela titularizacao. Como problematica procurou-se analisar o motivo de tantos profissionais graduados nas diversas areas do conhecimento buscar na pos-graduacao em Docencia Universitaria uma formacao docente ou apenas um titulo de especialista. A estrutura argumentativa foi desenvolvida a partir do estudo do historico do surgimento da pos-graduacao no Brasil e tambem na UEG, UnU/Inhumas. Atraves dos posicionamentos de Novoa (1992), Enguita (1991), Romanowski (2010), Lourencetti (2006), Libâneo (2000) e Pimenta (2002) foram discutidos a formacao continuada, valorizacao e reconhecimento profissional e carreira docente. A investigacao foi feita atraves de uma analise quanti-qualitativa entre vinte e oito alunos de todas as turmas de docencia de Inhumas. Palavras-chave: Docencia universitaria. Vocacao. Titularizacao. ABSTRACT: The present study aims to analyze the profile of the ex-students of University Teaching, the UEG, UNU / Inhumas and find out if the current students will continue with the teaching career or if they are taking the course only by securitization. As a problematic we tried to analyze the reason of so many professional graduates in various fields of knowledge search in postgraduate in University Teaching a teaching training or just a specialist title. The argumentative structure was developed from the study of the history of the emergence of post-graduate courses in Brazil and the UEG, UnU-Inhumas. Through placements of Novoa (1992), Enguita (1991) Romanowski (2010), Lourencetti (2006), Libâneo (2000) and Pimenta (2002) were discussed continuing education, appreciation and professional recognition and teaching career. The investigation was conducted through a quantitative and qualitative analyzes from twenty-eight students of all classes of University teaching in Inhumas. Keywords: University Teaching. Vocation.
