Implementasi Fungsi Jaringan Dokumentasi Dalam Penyebarluasan Informasi Produk Hukum

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Implementasi Fungsi Jaringan Dokumengasi dan Informasi Hukum dalam Penyebarluasan Produk Hukum Daerah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian bahwa Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dalam melakukan penyebarluasan informasi Produk Hukum telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalaui website sebagai wadah pendayagunaan bersama atas dokumen hukum secara tertib, terpadu, dan berkesinambungan serta telah menjadi sarana pemberian pelayanan informasi hukum kepada masyarakat maupun instansi daerah dalam pencarian produk hukum yang telah diundangkan maupun yang sedang di proses pada Biro Hukum. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi fungsi Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum dalam melakukan penyebarluasan informasi produk hukum adalah:  Substansi Hukum, Struktur Hukum dan Budaya Hukum. The research objective was to analyze the implementation of the documentation and legal information network function in the dissemination of regional legal products and the factors that influence it. This research is an empirical legal research. The results of the research show that the Legal Documentation and Information Network of South Sulawesi Province in disseminating information on Legal Products has utilized information and communication technology through the website as a forum for joint utilization of legal documents in an orderly, integrated and sustainable manner and has become a means of providing legal information services to the public and local agencies in the search for legal products that have been enacted or are in process at the Legal Bureau. Factors that influence the function of the Legal Documentation and Information Network in disseminating information on legal products are: Legal Substance, Legal Structure and Legal Culture.
