Ton bag material emptying device

The invention particularly discloses a ton bag material emptying device. The ton bag material emptying device comprises a lifting frame, a lifting device and a material sucking device; the lifting frame is fixed on the ground; the lifting device and the material sucking device are arranged on the lifting frame; the lifting device comprises a power device, a first pulley block and a first steel wire rope and a material bag stainless steel ring which are arranged on the first pulley block; the power device and the material bag stainless steel ring are arranged at two ends of the first steel wire rope; the material sucking device comprises a second pulley block and a second steel wire rope which is arranged on the second pulley block; two ends of the second steel wire rope are provided with a gravity hammer and an opposite material sucking cone; the top of the opposite material sucking cone is provided with a first flexible pipe and a second flexible pipe. The ton bag material emptying device has the advantages of automatically achieving continuous operation of the integral process from the beginning of material sucking to the ending of the material sucking, thoroughly solving manual labor caused by manpower assistance when the materials are sucked out from a tone bag through negative pressure, achieving through empty of materials inside the ton bag and being high in production efficiency and low in labor intensity.
