2017
Objective To observe and analyze the influencing factors of surgical infection, and to discuss and analyze the effect of surgical aseptic management for the prevention of aseptic operation. Methods The clinical data of patients treated with aseptic surgery from January 2014 to October 2015 was retrospectively analyzed, and the occurrence and influencing factors of surgical infection in 2014 was analyzed to establish and improve the aseptic management plan in the operating room. And the management plan was implemented in January 2015 and the effect was analyzed. Results Preoperative hospitalization stay, the misapplication of antibacterials, excessive visitors (more than or equal to 3), type of surgery, the type of incision, surgical implants, operation time, the amount of bacteria in the air operating room, continous operation, poor hand hygiene, under-standardized invasive operation, cleaning of the surgical instruments and materials, and aseptic operation, unsuitable temperature and humidity in the operating room, unreasonable disposal of the disposable medical supplies, all of this were the influencing factors for surgical infection (P<0.05). The operation infection rate from January to October 2015 was significantly lower than that from January to December 2014 (χ2=36.191 2, P=0.000 0). Conclusions The postoperative infection rate was significantly decreased because of the aseptic management and the effect of prevention was shown good, and it can be applied to the management of the operating room.
