"Reflexões sobre o ensino de inglês com língua estrangeira" - professores de inglês em curso

This paper deals with issues concerning the teaching of English as a foreign language (EFL) in public and private schools in the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil. In the course of the article, how teachers' experiences and views about instruction in private language institutes influence their own teaching in public schools will br examined. The data employed in this study consists of audio recordings of an in-service teacher development course held at the Instituto de Estudos da Linguagem, Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
