Faith in law:the doctrine of the rule of law

The law faith, which was established and stabilized gradually during the formation of rule of law in western countries, is the base of rule of law. The reason that rule of law in China hobbled in the past hundred years is lacking of the deeply-rooted law faith. The most important thing to push ahead with rule of law in China is to cultivate and stabilize the law faith in the civil.
