PURPOSE: A method, a system and a computer-readable recording medium for performing auction and charging for a search advertisement are provided to supply a finely determined bidding starting price to an advertiser, thereby actively performing auction and charging about a search advertisement. CONSTITUTION: An auction management unit(210) computes a bidding starting price with reference to past data. The auction management unit transmits the bidding starting price to an advertiser operating device. The auction management unit receives bidding information about the search advertisement. An advertisement execution unit(230) places the search advertisement according to a placed location and a placing order.
