INFLUÊNCIA DE DIFERENTES TIPOS DE SUBSTRATO E TEMPERATURA NA GERMINAÇÃO DE SEMENTES DE Inga ingoides (RICH.) WILLD

EnglishThe aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of different types of substrate and temperatures on seed germination of Inga (Inga ingoides (RICH.) Willd.). Data in percentage were subjected to analysis of variance and means compared by Tukey test at 5% probability. The substrates were between paper, on paper, Bioplant, sand, vermiculite and paper roll, and alternating temperatures of 20-30 ° c and constant 35 ° C. There were four replicates of 25 seeds per treatment and evaluated the following parameters: germination percentage, germination speed index (IVG). The substrates, Bioplant, sand, paper roll and vermiculite had the highest percentage of germination and higher rates of speed and germination temperatures evaluated in two. portuguesO objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar a influencia de diferentes tipos de substratos e temperaturas na germinacao de sementes de Inga ingoides (RICH.) Willd. Os dados em percentagem foram submetidos a analise de variância e a medias comparadas pelo teste de Tukey a 5% de probabilidade. Os substratos foram entre papel, sobre papel, Bioplant, areia, vermiculita e rolo de papel, e temperaturas alternadas de 20-30°c e constante de 35°C. Foram utilizadas quatro repeticoes de 25 sementes por tratamento e avaliados os seguintes parâmetros: porcentagem de germinacao, indice de velocidade de germinacao (IVG). Os substratos bioplant, areia, vermiculita e rolo de papel apresentaram as maiores percentagem de germinacao e maiores indices de velocidade e de germinacao nas duas temperaturas avaliadas.
