The invention discloses a resonant-cavity structural frame of a fast axial flow CO2 (carbon dioxide) laser. A resonant-cavity structural pipe of the resonant-cavity structural frame of the fast axial flow CO2 laser is located between a back end plate and a front end plate; all the four corners of each of the back end plate and the front end plate are provided with resonant-cavity structural pipe fixing through holes; resonant-cavity structural pipe connecting external threads of the resonant-cavity structural pipe penetrate through the corresponding resonant-cavity structural pipe fixing through holes of the back end plate and the front end plate, and then are fixed through resonant-cavity structural pipe fixing nuts. According to the resonant-cavity structural frame of the fast axial flow CO2 laser, the scheme of processing a stepped hole to be a through hole according to the minor diameter of the stepped hole is proposed; the cavity structural pipe is completely separated into the cavity structural pipe and the connecting external threads; after the structure is improved, the end surface of the cavity structural pipe is pressed at the inner sides of the front end plate and the back end plate; afterwards, a proper processing method and a proper assembly process are adopted, so as to guarantee that surfaces near the four through holes of each end plate are on the same plane, and to guarantee that the roughness of the surfaces near the four through holes of each end plate is in an allowable error range; in this way, distance errors among four pairs of stepped holes due to the depths and the surface roughness of the stepped holes are also removed.
